I've already applied for Fall semester of 2012, but a little anxious to get the acceptance/rejection.

Here is what my academic profile/extracurricular activities looks like from my community college:

3.5 GPA
46 credits
Vice President of the Native American Club
Treasurer of Culture Club
Member of Phi Theta Kappa (Academic honor society for CC students.)
History Tutor
Hospital Volunteer
Internship with the Public Coordinator from my CC.
Working 20-30 per week.
Currently enrolled in the Big Sister Program.
Art Gallery Volunteer.

My main concern is that I have not yet completed the math. I was a dual enrollment student in high school and failed that math class because I didn't take it seriously. From that point I worked my way from a 2.4 to a 3.5. Is it possible that MSU will overlook those course grades? I'm taking the math this upcoming year. Will it affect my chances of acceptance if I went to GVSU next semester? My CC does not have 2 courses that I need for my degree. By the end of this semester I will have a 3.6.

Also, to supplement my profile I have three letters of recommendation. I wrote a stellar essay, and I am a first generation college student.

Any suggestions? Anyone have an idea of what my chances are for acceptance?
