Will be taking AP Gov and AP Lit next year. (My school only offers AP Lang, AP Lit, AP World History, AP Gov, and AP calc)
3 on APWH test, hoping for 5 (definitely got at least a 4) on AP Lang test.

Extracurriculars:
Baseball 1 year
Symphonic Band: All 4 years, lettered in Pep band for 2 years (will be 3 next year). Reason for not lettering for 3 years in "other" category. (not looking to pursue any type of career in music.)
Knowledge Bowl (3 years, will be all 4 year) 2nd Place 1A state, 2nd place Academic League (which includes all schools from 2B to 4A), 1st Place Academic Region (Which, once again, includes all schools in region from 2B to 4A).

Other Info: Very strong writer. Suffered from NDPH (a non-stop migraine) for 4 months of my Freshmen year which kept me out of school for four straight months. Suffered from severe ADHD Sophomore year, GPA suffered heavily (I am re-doing many of the classes online from my sophomore year as to legitimately master the material and bring my GPA up, the GPA I posted is my GPA currently (after all redo's are done) my GPA without the redo's is somewhere around 3.3-3.4. I have already checked with most of the schools on this list, and they have nearly all said that they will take the grade for the redo classes.

Besides Macalester, Sarah Lawrence, BU, Syracuse and Grinnel, I have also been thinking of applying to Whitman, Oberlin, and Emerson. Also, as a super reach, I have been thinking about applying to Cornell, would there be any point in me applying there. (wouldn't mind chances for Whit, Oberlin and Emerson as well). Thanks for chancing!
