Download Yale’s 2011-2012 Common Data Set: [Common Data Set (CDS) | Office of Institutional Research](Common Data Set | Office of Institutional Research)

Go to page 9: Yale’s 25th percentile is a 31 ACT, which means that 75% of admitted students had a 32 to 36. Your chances of admission will increase with a higher ACT score, as often times – but not always – students with the lowest scores are URM’s (non-whites), athletes, legacy applicants, or developmental cases. Practice the reading component of the test, as that really brought your composite down. Google “Strategies for improving ACT reading score” and you will find many tips. Good luck!

Your shining spot is definitely soccer, given your numerous achievements in the sport; I think you should consider the recruitment option.
By now, it’s a little too late to start joining clubs and picking up new extracurriculars, so my only suggestion is to let your passion for your current extracurriculars shine through in your essays! Best of luck!
