SAT: 480 CR, 720 W, 710 M (yeah I probably won't submit this either)
ACT: 32 Composite (35 English, 32 Math, 29 Reading, 30 Science, 31 reading/writing) and 31 Composite (30 English, 34 Math, 32 Reading, 27 Science, 26 reading/writing)</p>

<p>GPA: 4.01 W, 3.87 UW; ranked 2nd decile in a class of about 300

<p>doesnt look that bad… i think you have good chances everywhere except for Umich, CMU, and Northwestern. But good luck!!</p>

<p>What is your intended major?
Your CR score is very low that you are right in not to send the SAT score. UMich does not require SAT2, so you can save that money as well since you don’t have anything spectacular there to increase the chance. Your ACT is pretty good and is around admission average at UMich (below average for CoE). Your GPA is also right around the admission average there. Your EC is rather weak though for some of the schools on your list. Basically, there is nothing really makes you stand out from the crowd. UMich LSA would be a low reach for you and UMich CoE is a reach. Northwestern and CMU would be reaches too.</p>

<p>The mid 50 ACT for UMich CoE has been 31-34 and the admission median last year was 33 with a 20% admission rate. So it would be a reach for you from OOS. Are you going to retake ACT to improve your score?</p>
