For UMich, your uwGPA is low while your SAT is within mid 50 but below admission average (CR+M around median though). The average admission GPA for CoE has been 3.9 for years and they consider GPA to be very important (more so than test score). It would be a reach for you.

@billcsho What if I applied to LSA CS? Also, how hard is it to switch majors at UMich? Thanks for the advice!

Duke is a high stretch, Johns Hopkins, UMich and Northwestern are lower stretches, but you have a good chance to get in. Course rigor is very crucial, and it seems that your strength of schedule is excellent. Your ECs look great. SAT score may be a bit low, but still are great. What school is your #1 choice?

For UMich LSA, your uwGPA is still lower than the admission average of 3.85 while your Sat is slightly below average as they also look at writing score there. The OOS admission rate is around 20% this year. Your chance would be below that.
