im really good at essays

Your GPA is a bit low for the ivies and other reaches. UMich is a match if you’re in state, otherwise I’m not sure. NYU and BU are matches for your GPA but your lack of AP’s may bring you down. EC’s look great though. Test scores are a huge advantage. Definitely have a lot of great extracurriculars. Brown might be a slight reach given your GPA but if you feel you were able to convince admissions readers in your essays and supplements on why you are a good fit and what makes you stand out from the pool of candidates similar to yourself than you have a good shot. This is totally my opinion on your percent chances at each institution but you said you wanted raw chances:

Harvard and MIT and CalTech: <5%
Columbia: 10%
Duke and UPENN and Cornell and John Hopkins and CalTech and Brown and GeorgetownL 20%
Tufts: 35%
Bowdoin: 35%
NYU: 40%
Georgia Tech: 45%
U Michigan: 55%
Boston: 55%
Occidental College: 90%
Virginia Tech: 99.9%
Boston State TechL: 99.9%

Could you chance me back on my wake and tulane post?

I would advise you to retake the ACT (to improve the reading score) or take the SAT. A higher score would do wonders for you! Your GPA may be on the lower side, but your extracurriculars might just make up for that. Stellar essays and luck can get you into any of the schools on the list. The reach schools will ultimately come down to luck.
Chance me back!
