First time trying this. Have a decent idea, but would like to hear more feedback. I come from an extremely rigorous private school.

Anyways, my credentials:

GPA: 3.85 (3.3 Freshmen Year [in a different school], 4.0+ the following years); no rankings in my school, but top quartile for sure.
SAT: 2150 (700 Verbal, 800 Math)
SAT II: 800 Math IIC, 780 Chem, 770 Phys, 790 Chinese (it's not my first language!)
APs: Chem - 5, Macro - 5, Micro - 5 (Currently taking CS, Biology, Phys, English, Calc AB)
IB: SL Econ - 7
Extracurricular: Varsity Soccer (10-11). Does band count? If so, Honor Band 10-12. Interact Club Member (9-12), World Vision (Secretary, 11-12)

The following schools I'd like to get "chance'd" on (majoring in Engineering):

Harvey-Mudd (visited and had an interview)
Washington Univ in St. Louis
Carnegie-Mellon
USC
Villanova (Talked to a rep who visited my school; he said I had a shot at a merit scholarship)
UMich (Early Action)
UIUC (Early Action)
Purdue
Univ of Rochester
RPI

Early Decision:

UPenn OR
Cornell

Which school should I apply ED to? I wouldn't mind going to either one.

Any feedback regarding the program there and my chances would help. I'm not necessarily applying to all of them, but would like to learn more about them. If you could help in any way, please do!

Thanks in advance.
