Chance Me! Will Return the Favor!

I am a rising senior who is very interested in a number of schools which include Yale, Harvard, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, WashU, Rice, MIT, Dartmouth, Georgetown and a handful of safeties. Below, I have listed certain things about my scores, ec's, etc., along with general questions under each category. Any advice on how to strengthen my chances of admissions or any general advice would be much appreciated.

Rank: 4/550
SAT: 2160, 2310
Subject Tests: Physics (was a horrible score) Math II 740 USH 800 WH 760 Lit 750
AP scores: US (5), Gov (5), WH (5), Art History (5), English Language (5), Physics (4)
EC's: Debate (captain), AcDC (captain), Class VP, Environmental Club (President), Society for Future Engineers (founder, president), Muslim Student Association (co-founder, VP) and the big one: co-founded a religously based, contemporary magazine, "The Emissary" (have turned this into a business venture)
Job Experience: Soccer referee for 5+ years, Writer for a regionally recognized magazine, "The Lone Star Crescent"
Volunteering: Local Mosque that has thousand+ attendees during Friday sermon (150+), Helped a city councilman with election, volunteer at an Alzeheimer's facility, helped numerous international humanitarian organizations with various projects, etc.
Awards: AP Scholar with Distinction, 2-time National Qualifier in Domestic Extemp, National Forensic League Degree of Special Distinction, NFL Academic All-American, Rotary Youth Leadership Award, Optimist Texan of the Month, AcDec (Region, 1st essay) and there are more which go on and on about debate and different leagues

Questions:

1) Chances? Improvements? Observations?
2) The Common App only has spots for 6 of my ec's and volunteering. Which ones should I pick. I'm gearing toward a public policy undergrad with a minor or something in Journalism, Communications, etc. I thought about Engineering as you can see in one of the ecs above but my test scores just don't reflect that, especially physics. Thus, would it look bad to show interest in Engineeering especially since my test scores don't reflect it? However, all my math and science teachers will tell you that I'm one of the best students they've ever had. Something about those tests gets me. So to summarize - screw interest in engineering?; which ec's do I show?

Thanks!

This is dreadful.

Its always hard to tell with Ivy’s but I think you will have a good shot almost anywhere you apply. On a more direct note I think you will for sure get into Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, WashU etc. Its just the Yales and Harvards that are hard to tell from my experience with friends applying to these schools.

Please Chance me back!
