<p>I dont know anything about Touro College, however you now have a proven college record. A lot would depend on the kind of courses you took. Your best bet would be to call the admissions office at William and Mary. I would think at the very least, you would need to take the SAT's. They will be able to tell you exactly where you are and what you need to do to gain admission to William and Mary. You have an unusual situation. Anything is possible.</p>
