Chance me with not so much extra curricular activities

I go to an International School in Korea. It's very competitive.
My rank is about 60% out of 80 students.... T.T..
My gpa is 92.1 out of 100 (we don't use the 4.0 based scale anymore) which I expect to rise a bit after my first semester of senior year. Considering that top 50%'s gpa is 93 and top 20%'s GPA is about 94 it's not too much of a difference.

My SAT: CR- 660 Math-750 Writing- 710
SAT II: Math 2C: 710 USH: 670..... I'm considering taking SAT world history and maybe retake 2C this December.

AP: APUSH 5, taking Psych, Euro, Calc AB, Stats this year

-Received a Presidental (yes, from G.W. Bush) Champion- Gold Award
-Taught English to kids in a foster care system for 4 years (total hour should be about 450 hours
-Advanced band for 4 years
-Participated in habitat for humanities and some other community serivce work time to time
-No sports so far, but I'm expecting to make soccer team this year... which will be after all my apps are submitted so it won't matter.. Our school doesn't have a baseball or football team (which I would've surely made the team for) so it was a sucker for me.
-Tutored my younger brother English.

I'm expecting a solid teacher rec, and have written okay essays.
My intended major is business (marketing, BA, or management)
I have a permanent residency in NC, and I'm applying for Financial Aid.

Schools I'm applying to:
NYU Stern (ED)
UNC (EA)
UC Berk
UCLA
Northwestern
Boston College
UW-Wisconsin
College of William and Mary
Indiana-Bloomington
UIUC
I'm also considering CMU, Emory, ND, and UVA. What are my chances at these schools?

I think you need more safeties. You are applying to some highly competitive colleges. I would add Wake Forest and Holy Cross, both highly ranked on US News but SAT Optional.

My courses were:
9th- bio(B), world hist(A), geometry(B/A), PE(A), adv band(A), chinese I(B/A), general literature(A), communication(A)
10th- chem(B), ush (A), al2 (A), life sports (A), adv band (A), chinese 2 (B), spanish I (A), us lit (B)
11th- APUSH (94/92), brit lit (89/88), spanish 2 (89/82), physics (87/82), adv band (100/100), writing (94/97), precalc (94/88), gov/econ(96,98)
12th (only 1st quarter grade so far)- AP Euro-98, AP Psych- 97, adv band-100, ap stats- 86, ap calc ab- 93, world lit- 96, work study-96, global issues- 94

To give you guys some comparisons, our school always sends about 5 students to the Ivies/Stanford each year, and a lot to CMU, BC, NYU (not Stern though…), and other top tier schools. UIUC, Indiana, and Purdue are very popular safety schools among students in my school (only one out of 30 or so students was rejected from Purdue last year)

bump~ bump bump

http://www.admissions.wisc.edu/images/UW_FreshmanExpectations.pdf

Looking at the Freshman Admissions expectation chart using an average SAT of 690-800 and a GPA of 3.5 (A-) you have a 70% chance.

bump just one more time

maybe bump one more time?
