Chance me!

Would you kindly chance me for the following schools? These are not all the schools I'm applying to, just the ones I'm unsure about.

University of Virginia
Duke University
Lafayette College
Lehigh University
Colgate University

And here are my stats:
GPA: 93.1/100 UW
ACT: 33 Composite
AP Classes: Physics B (4), US History (4), US Government, Psychology, Calculus AB
SAT II: Biology (790), Chemistry (780), Math1 (730)
Rank: N/A

Demographics:
Location: Long Island, New York
Ethnicity: White
Gender: Female
Type of school: Public, ~1400 kids

EC's:
Spanish Club (9th-12th)
Interact (9th)
Key Club (10-12th)
Computer Club (11th-12th)
NHS (11th-12th)
Boy Scouts (9th)
Homecoming (9th-12th)
Asian Club (12th)
Building with Books (10th)-This club's stated goal was to raise money to build schools in 3rd world countries. However, what we really did was doing community service, such as working at soup kitchens and such. This club was discontinued due to budget cuts.

Volunteering:
-Volunteered at the local YMCA as a counselor for an after school program for elementary kids. (11th-12th)
-Volunteered at my old elementary school for a after school cooking club. (9th-11th; Discontinued)

Letters of Rec: Not sure about these since my school's policy is that the students are not allowed to read them. However, I do know that the letters from my AP Physics teacher and my AP US teacher were sent.

Essay: I wrote about my relationship with my family. Some of the things I put were how we have dinners together several times a week, how we travel to foreign countries often, and how I overcame my open heart surgery. I also wrote it with sarcasm, to give it a sense of humor.

Other:
-During the summer of 2009, I went top the University of Maryland to take place in a 10 day program on engineering, run by the National Student Leadership Conference.
-During the past summer, I did another 10 day program at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute on robotics, run by the school.

University of Virginia: reach, it’s reaaaaally hard for out of state students from what I’ve heard, even harder than Duke.
Duke University: reach, letters from alumni do wonders for Duke applicants from what I have seen, so if you could get one, you’re in good hands.
Lafayette College: in (don’t know much about this school, but I looked at the stats)
Lehigh University: in (don’t know much about this school, but I looked at the stats)
Colgate University: in (don’t know much about this school, but I looked at the stats)

This is just what I feel. I am only a fellow high school students. Your credentials look really good, though!

Good Luck with everything!

Thank you jainap. That what I figured for UVA and Duke.

Just curious,

Females are allowed to participate in Boy Scout and the YMCA?

Wow, what did I write? I’m male.

I’d say you’re borderline for Virginia and Duke, and it might come down to your essays.

Can someone else please give their opinion? I would greatly appreciate it.

@OP: You put down female as your gender. lol
