<p>I have a 3.34 UW and a 3.56 weighted. I take mostly honors and got a 28 on my ACT. How are my chances to get in to penn State OOS. Also if its rolling I will apply the first day that I can, does that help?</p>
<p>It doesn’t really matter when you apply as long as it is by the deadline because they do it randomly, but you should be good.</p>
<p>You should be fine with your stats because your stats were similar to mine and I got into the main campus. Just make sure you apply early! Trust me, it’s worth it!</p>
