I am pretty sure that admissions at Penn State is purely base on your numbers, SAT scores and GPA. Unless you are applying to the honors system. Personally I was accepted to UP with a 3.72 and a 1910.
Good Luck

I have no idea what a 95 GPA translates to on a 4.0 scale so I really can’t help you. I’d try to get your SAT score higher though.

I got in this year with a 3.74 and 27 ACT.

a 95 on a gpa scale is about a 3.8. i took the SATs twice already and the next ones in october which is too late because i want to apply in early september.

Actually, on a standard 4.0 scale, a 95 should be an A…which would be a 4.0…

Take the one in October applying in September probably won’t make much of a difference. I applied in November and was accepted at the beginning of December so just make sure to make the November priority deadline.

You can still apply in September and on the application declare that you will being taking the SAT in October then wait to send your score report till after you take the test in October
