<p>Hey I reallllly love Columbia..it's my dream to get in. thanks to anyone who can chance me lol. oh btw I am applying ED.</p>

i go to one of the best high schools in the country, so we don't rank</p>

<p>SAT II:

Chem: 750</p>

Calc AB: 5
Taking Physics C, Statistics, and IB HL Espanol next year</p>

<p>nationality: Hispanic</p>

<p>I've published my work in nanotechnology research twice so far, and I hope to gain more recognition next year. Honestly, I think this is my key selling point. I've also been to Japan because of my research.</p>

<p>Rec's:
I'll have good ones, and I have two supplementals: one from my research advisor/chem teacher, and one from a professor at Columbia with whom I will be interning next year.</p>

<p>Oh, and I've got a pretty good essay down, too :]</p>

<p>I'm also the co-chair of a town-wide anti underage drinking organization, and the president and founder of a club at school fundraising for blindness (which means a lot to me).
Also, I've played tennis, the clarinet, and I've been tutoring at several different places since the 7th grade.</p>

<p>Clearly you have some unique and amazing things about you that would be attractive. However as it is with every ivy league there is a randomness about the selection. So you might not get in, but you have very good chances. Good luck, I’d say apply with confidence</p>
