Awesome that you’re taking college classes next term, and that you’re doing research too! I think you’re wonderfully on the right track in terms of academic preparation and doing awesome things. Of course, no one can tell you what your “chances” are of getting into MIT, especially without interviewing you or reading your essays and recommendations. Make sure you get good grades in your college classes. Keep doing what you’re passionate about doing. Before you write your essays, read the MIT Admissions blogs to get a sense of MIT’s personality and where/if you think you fit in. Make sure you explore other schools as well. Do your best. Good luck. :)

What country are you from?

Your academics are utterly perfect and your ecs are scintillating.
I wonder why you even worry about the admissions process.
Great Job! :)

match…

There is no such a person in US that has won those International Olympiad Medals!

I had to laugh at this one. You’ve got to wonder if this person is real! (I think not) First, and so far only post, and utterly perfect at everything.

I don’t think anyone in the past few years has been on both the US IPhO and IChO teams

I think he was trying to see the responses.

Not a chance. Unless you are an elected member of National Academy of Sciences of USA.

Your SAT is pretty average, you didn’t get any 6’s on your APs, and senior course load is a joke… I’d say it doesn’t hurt to apply, but it’ll be a huge reach.

although your chances will be better if you’re actually a real person.

^ If you’re really that smart you wouldn’t have posted here asking for chances.

Anyways, where’s the Nobel prize BTW :D

I completely agree with LionHeart. If you have anything besides grades going for you, you would know that there is no need to post something like this. Unless you’re just looking to show off, in which case I believe that no amount of good grades will help you.

SAT II: 800 Math II, 800 Physics, 800 Chemistry, 800 Biology(E), 800 Chinese, 800 World History, 800 US History
AP (place score in parenthesis): World History(5), Calculus BC(5), Physics C(2 5’s), US History (5), Chemistry(5), Statistics(5), Biology(5), Physics B(5)

Is this real life?
