Chance me? :)

<p>I am a junior right now, and i did, and plan to do, the following things before next December, and i was wondering if I have a chance at Princeton, because i do not want to waste money on a college app to a school i do not have a chance to go to.</p>

<p>Well you’re just a junior right now, so it’s too early to tell, but I think you’re on the right track… One thing I noticed though was that most of your EC’s were just 11 and 12th grade… Are you using that as a way to boost your resume?</p>

<p>Oh, and the 2’s you received… I wouldn’t submit those…</p>

<p>Don’t you have to admit all or nothing for AP scores?</p>

<p>And the truth is, i didn’t really care about what college i got into and i and thus did poorly in 9-10th grade and did not participate actively in any extracurriculars, but then it hit me that i need to get into good college to be successful, so then i started working, instead of being lazy. So, in a way, i guess you could say it was just for my resume, but all these clubs are ones i like to do.</p>

<p>Actually, yeah you’re right. You probably shouldn’t submit them then. But get other opinions on that too…</p>

<p>This may be a cliche, but quality over quantity. Get leadership positions in a couple of those or admissions will pretty much see it as ‘extra padding’ for your resume.</p>

<p>Princeton doesn’t require you reporting all AP scores. However, Yale does require applicants to self-report every score.</p>
