converted is a 3.43 on a 4.0 Scale. I have ADHD, with an IEP which I did disclose in my application. This did affect my grades freshman and sophomore years, however the Junior year i got straight A's. </p>

PAID Summer Research Internship at the Hydrometeorological Prediction Center,-wrote a college level scientific paper. </p>
<p>i had two amazing letters of recommendation. One was from the Director of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction, who was a graduate of their undergrad and grad at UW-Madison.</p>
