Chance me?

I am a Junior Asian-American, the first generation in my family, and a self-motivated student determined to get into UCI. :D

I am very curious if I can make it into my dream school for a business major, but yet scared at the same time because I was told getting into Paul Merage School of Business was pretty competitive and I feel like I won't make it in.

Class Rank: 27/764
Academic GPA: - Weighted: 3.79
- Non-Weighted: 3.63

Took the opportunity to take the SAT as I took the SAT classes.
SAT: Reading - 500

To receive such depressing scores hurts me...

I will not have a sixth period because I am planning on taking a program in which I can take a business class at another school and have the ability to be an intern also.
I am thinking of also joining Mock Trial.

I have been in NHS since my 10th grade year and will stay till my senior.
I am also in the Scholars program at my school since 9th grade.

No sports.
I am working on those community service hours.

Does UCI look at the weighted or non-weighted GPA?
Is there a way for me to improve my SAT scores greatly?
What study materials and such should I use?
How might I be able to improve my chances?

Avg HS gpa for UCI is 3.9! I’d say its a reach for you.

more like 4.0, actually
