I did this before but a few things have changed, so I want to get a better idea.

My GPA is kinda low, 3.3 unweighted and 3.7 weighted, but all of my core classes have been AP or honors and a lot of my electives have been honors. I'm taking my 4th & 5th AP classes this year.

AP Scores:
AP World: 2
AP Lang: 4
AP Psych: 4
AP Italian/AP Lit: Taking now

I'm in 4 clubs & 3 honor societies (English, Science, National). I went to Washington DC & spoke to Congress about type 1 diabetes. I have 100+ community service hours. I live in Florida. I applied for Fall 2012 by the first deadline so I'll get my decision in just 2 short weeks.

I was VP of Key Club sophomore & junior year, secretary of Key Club this year, & historian of Juniorettes and Chefs Club.

Worst part about your application is the 3.7 GPA, and even that is within the middle 50 percent. Standardized test scores are all good, and the additional resume’ details are excellent!

Yeah, I think it’s a pretty safe bet that unless you wrote on your application that you’re an axe murderer or something, that you will be accepted.

Academic rigor. Excellent - this is superb and indicates readiness for college-level work.

Great test scores. Very nice. Indicates potential, but must be backed up by academic rigor and GPA.

Decent GPA - shows you are struggling with the academic load, but if its a real load, most all struggle.

Conclusion: Admitted; Likely Fall semester, unless competition becomes totally hideous. Then you’ll likely make it for Summer. :)
