chance me??

Hey everybody, I'mm pretty nervous because I'm a international student.

SAT score is 1800. 600 on basically all of them.

My school does provides only 3 APs. I'm currently taking Chem AP.

The GPA in Canada is different from US. I'm getting around a 3.4 GPA.

My school won't provide what percentage I am in my grade.

Volunteering: I am a executive in three clubs and a member of 3 others. 500+ hours in volunteer. Recently got chosen by a domestic university to explore heart labs.

My SAT score and GPA is pretty low. How will I stack up?
Btw, how does US calculate the GPAs? I just go by A,B,C.
Thank You! and good luck to everybody! :D

Hmmm… what’s your major? and is that 3.4 a UC GPA or just a plain unweighted GPA? If your school only offers 3 APs, then you would’ve shined if you’d taken all 3 of those classes, as opposed to only AP Chem. Your SAT is a bit low to offset your GPA. How about your essays? Were they good/convincing? Depending on your major, I’d give you around a 45%-60% chance.

umm, I really don’t know how to weigh the UC GPA. Does it go by percentage?
And yup, my essays were written very well. Oh and I forgot to say that I will be writing the Biology AP exam also.
If it helps, I just got accepted by UCSD.
