I'm going to be a senior applying to the following colleges next year:

the Ohio State University
Miami University
Rose-Hulman
Case Western
Purdue University
the University of Southern California
University of California at Los Angeles
University of Florida
Carnegie Mellon
Boston University
University of Washington

I want to go into biochemical engineering and German, and possibly environmental engineering. In my high school years, I have participated in:
-water polo (4 years, 3 on varsity, 3 state championships [hopefully!] by the time i apply)
-swimming (3 years, 3 on varsity, 2 qualifying for states, 3 state championships by the time i apply because swim season is from nov-feb, past app deadlines)
-BARE literary magazine (2 years)
-people editor on the yearbook staff (2 years)
-german club (2 years)
-I've helped with the Special Olympics for two years now
-I'll be volunteering at the animal shelter over the summer
-I'll be working at a pool as a lifeguard and a swim instructor for the second year in a row (I wasn't eligible to work before last summer because I was too young)
-I have a handful of teachers that would love to vouch for my character
-I earned the title osu mlk jr. scholar (top two african-american students from each school are selected to go to OSU for recognition)
-I was one of 400 kids nationwide that applied for the EF Tours Berlin Global Citizen scholarship (20 were picked overall) [basically, 20 students all over the nation win a 10-day trip to Berlin with some of the EF tours educators to work on a global citizen project. to win, you had to write an essay or make a video saying why you were a global citizen]
-I'm on a panel of students selected to help freshmen transition to high school
-I've applied to be a camp counselor in the fall for middle schoolers
-I'll have completed 2.5 credits of art by the time I graduate, qualifying me for the honors art cord
-took the ACT for the first time, and got a 27 (I'll get this up to a 30 or above by the fall)
-my first SAT was a 1630, i took it again, but i don't know my scores yet!
-I'm a female african-american, if that makes any difference
-my cumulative GPA will be around a 3.0/3.1 by the end of my junior year, but I've been through a lot of abuse from my mother and I've had to take care of my broher because of it (don't worry, I've reported it), so if applicable, I was going to write about that in a college essay, or have my counselor vouch for me.

So, here's my dilemma: I won't swim if I go any of these schools. The only way I'll swim is if I'm offered a huge amount of money. I know I won't play water polo or swim unless I go to Rose-Hulman, Case Western, or Carnegie Mellon. So if I get my ACT up to a 30 or above, and I send each school my first-semester senior year transcript (I'm planning on applying early to each school, then sending my first-semester transcript), which schools do I have a very good/good chance of getting into next fall?
