<p>The UC’s vary from year to year based on the applications they receive, but based on your info, it looks like you have a very good chance. Keep up your grades and don’t overload yourself too much Senior year - it’s very hectic! (College and scholarship applications, prom, activities, etc.) Just as much as you can keep up with without sacrificing gpa. I had similar stats to you and was accepted. I took AP Physics and AP Calc and it was a bit more of a jump from the previous classes than I thought, and I had to get a tutor for Math. It’s always a good idea to apply to several UCs and maybe some CSUs just in case, too. Also don’t get an D grades Senior year because most of the UC/CSU schools will not take you then. <p>Yeah you’re basically in. UCSC isn’t really that selective… GPA/Test scores count for most of it.</p>
