Chance Me?

<p>Hey, I know these things are kind of a pain in the ass, but i really wanna know how I stand. Without further ado...</p>

<p>Ethnicity/Location: White, Male. Philly, Pa.
- I go to a top-tier public school in.a Philly suburb. </p>

<p>GPA: 3.77w
SAT 2400 -- 1840 (600cr/650m/590w)
SAT 1600 -- 1250</p>

<p>GPA improved annually, my jr. yr. GPA was basically a 4.0. </p>

<p>APs: Macro in Senior Yr. to be.
Honors: Modern world history, american gov't/ econ systems, english/rhetoric 11/12</p>

<p>ECs: -- Community Service Club for all 3 yrs. offered
-- FBLA for 2 yrs. --> Invites to Hershey, Pa. to compete as a regional semifinalist of Business Communications competiton
-- Nationally Syndicated Writer for bleacherreport.com
-- In-House basketball coach for 8/9 graders for two seasons
-- I work @ Chick-fil-a
-- I do tobacco compliance work with local police to help cite/prevent underage tobacco merchandising.
-- I played in-house basketball in 9/10 grades, plan to in 12th. </p>

<p>Have gotten good reviews on my essay, and plan to get good teacher recs. </p>

<p>I'd like to major in Journalism.

<p>It would be a big stretch unless you can get your test scores up by a lot. You might also try getting your GPA up a bit too, make sure you take Honors and AP, and some varsity sports might also help.</p>
