Chance me?

I'm a senior in Oakland, California. I'd like to know my chances at Carnegie Mellon (Either SCS or CIT), UC Berkeley, and UCLA.

GPA: 3.98 UW

SAT : 2200/2400; 660 CW, 800 Math, 740 W (Retaking SAT October, hoping to raise that critical reading score)

SAT II : 800 Math II, 790 Physics, 730 Literature

APs : Mandarin 5, English Language 4, US History 5, World History 5, Physics B 5

Senior year classes:
AP English Literature
AP Macroeconomics
AP Calculus AB
Biology
Fillers (PE and College Planning)

ECs:
-Ultimate Frisbee Club/Team : 3 years
-Asian Youth Services Committee : 1 year; AYSC is a community service organization who volunteers by cleaning nearby areas and give out meals during Thanksgiving.
-Junior Statesmen of America : 2 years, Chapter Vice President
-Chess/Scrabble Club : 2 years; Despite the name, the club isn't just about chess and scrabble. Basically, it was a club for nerds to play bridge, scrabble, chess, crossword puzzles, etc.
-Volunteering at the local Main Library (~100 hours)

Summer Activities:
ATDP (non-residential program at UC-Berkeley) : Introduction to Java
EPGY (residential program at Stanford) : Artificial Intelligence

Honors:
-I think I'm a National Merit Commended Student (I got a 210 on my PSAT)
-AP Scholar with Distinction (Or I hope. Still haven't gotten any notification yet.)

Additional Comments:
-My high school is weird in that there are no choices for classes. Everyone in the same grade takes the same classes. Also, there's a lack of extracurriculars. I plan on becoming a Computer Science major, and it's frustrating know that there's no programming club, robotic team, or CS classes. As a result, I've had to seek out courses outside of school during the summer.
-First in my family to attend college. Parents are working class (~$60K per year).

So...what are my chances? I know my ECs are crap and need a lot more work. Also planning on applying to Questbridge's National College Match.

Additional info that I forgot to include:
I’m Chinese (which only hurts my case). I immigrated here when I was just a toddler.
I have been peer tutoring students at my high school ever since since the 9th grade and I hope to continue my senior year. This is a part-time job.

Anyone? Please?

maybe, write a killer essay about why you couldnt dio more, you should think about Irvine also

You will get into UC Berkeley and UCLA with no trouble, but i know Carnegie Mellon is top in your major computer science so it’s a shot worth taking

Thanks, guys! Really appreciated the feedback.
