Chance me?

Hello,
I'm new to CC but I often read many of the posts.
I am Latina (half puerto rican and ecuadorian) currently looking to apply to penn ED. I will be the first generation of my family to attend college
Unweighted GPA: 3.6 but i have taken the most rigorous curriculum of all my peers.
SAT: aiming for a 2100 but my last SAT went badly (didn't study) math:670 reading:630 writing: 560.
Also took the ACT without studying and got a 27 but i'm confident that I could pull off getting at least a 30 now.
20 hours of community service freshman year, 40 sophomore, 40 junior year.
involved in peer leadership club, student admission committee at my school.
I did the animal rights club and tech club for 1 year freshman yr.
I took the only 3 AP classes available to me but do not plan on sending my scores. (US History, Spanish, and Calculus).
this summer I had an internship at Rockefeller university through the science outreach program (extremely selective)
I am very interested in science. If anything being a latina interested in science will hopefully set me apart.
I attend a small private school in NYC, I also attend a highly competitive program assisting bright low income students throughout high school and the college process.
i'm also a tri season runner :XC winter and spring track.
I also have amazing teacher recs.

As I’m sure you already know, your ECs/sports are alright, but your scores are low. However, your ethnicity and first gen status will help you. If you write excellent essays and get a great interview, you could be accepted. I would still say it’s a reach though. Good luck!
