Chance me?

Out of state student

unweighted gpa: 3.7
weighted gpa: 4.7
(approximated)

ACT composite: 31
english: 32
math: 33
reading: 26
science: 33

Varsity tennis for 4 years
Captain of varsity tennis team for 2 years

Student council for 4 years
Elected class secretary for 3 years

Member of National honors society, math team, and solid babysitting job for 2 years (if that even matters)

Outstanding leadership award for student council
Scholar athlete award for 4 years

Also, my gpa has steadily increased since freshman year... junior year my weighted gpa was a 4.8 and my senior year so far it's looking like a 4.9!

Thank you so much!

also I’m going to apply early action!

Another post where I have no idea how you got your weighted to unweighted GPA spread lol.

Are there actually high schools where you can meet all the requirements and only ever take honors?

i got my unweighted from a 92.5/100 = x/4 and my weighted from a 94.5/100=x/5
my school adds 3 points to honors, and 6 to ap. i’ve only taken honors and ap courses, i’m taking ap economics, ap physics c, and ap calculus this year

What about classes like gym and health?

they’re not weighted at all, and i’ve calculated my gpa with and without those classes just in case-- it makes practically no difference, in fact gym decreased my gpa from junior year haha

At my school you can take all Honors and AP classes to graduate with the exemption of PE (but a Varsity sport counts as an exemption)

Match but not slam dunk.

I still find that GPA spread strange, but I think you have an ok shot.
