i am currently an international student in ucr, second year, major in computer science

gpa so far 3.5, has upward trend, since i messed up my second quarter last year because of dating a hot girl (don't date a hot girl if you wanna transfer, if you do, break up now lol XD)

by the spring quarter all my major lower division requirements will be finished, 3/4 general education requirements will be finished (since i will not finish all of them so i guess i can't check the "general education" box on application right?)

planning to transfer to ucb, ucla, ucsd, uci, ucd, or usc

apply no financial or grant, since i don't even have ssn

hows my chance of getting into the schools above? Do i have a shot?

Thanks for all you guys reading it :P

also, if i complete my required english classes by the spring quarter, will that affect me?

and wanna apply to ucsb too

no one chance me? really? heck…

calm down fool. Yes, you do not check the GE box, but explain in the comments of the app that you finished everything except some GE classes. It is okay for UC to UC transfers. Anyways, with a 3.5gpa, you may be okay at most of the schools, but UCLA and UCB’s comp sci program is competitive. If you can’t raise your GPA, don’t expect to get into UCB and UCLA. You need impressive Extracurriculars too. But I think you should transfer just fine into UCD, UCSC, UCI, etc.
You will not get into USC. Unless you meant UCSC. USC is difficult with your statistics.
Also, check out “UC Statfinder” and look up a custom table, compare your GPA with previous admits.
Finally, since you are an international student, I am not sure how that works. Because you may be considered Out of State, which means you have an even lower chance.

no, you can take you english class in spring.

finally! lol! thanks so much for the reply and yea i am working as hell right now XD

are you also transfer next year?

yes from UCR to UCB, political science
