<p>I think you have a decent shot but honestly I really hope your essayis as good as you say it is. The D just doesn’t reflect well. Otherwise, you probably have a good shot but make sure you have your reaches, your safeties, and your dreams.</p>

<p>I think you have a great chance of getting into BC! Georgetown and Notre Dame might be a bit of a reach though. If your essays are as great as you say they are then you are a shoe in :)</p>
<p>As a polisci major, the ec’s are very well suited, and even those that weren’t related were good. Girl Scouts Gold definitely helps you out a lot, I think, since it shows commitment. Your volunteering and your two politics related activities also work very well to show you are serious about this, and show you have passions, always a plus. Your grades are good, except for that D, but I don’t think it should be too much of a problem, since it isn’t a recurring thing. Your SAT scores aren’t the best, but they aren’t gonna be bad enough to keep you out, I don’t think. Especially since your SAT II’s are good. If your essays are good, I think it should counterbalance the SAT/grade issues. I honestly don’t know about all of the schools enough to put in my thoughts about what your chances actually are, but I think Catria’s pretty close on it.</p>
