<p>I'm an international student from Bangladesh. Applied to Bates under ED1 (Haven't got the mail yet). I'm struggling to choose my matches and safeties.</p>
<p>I'm mainly looking for liberal arts colleges. But you can suggest any universities[main problem is the financial aid for international students. I need aid, a lot]</p>
<p>School : Private (Top institution in the nation)
Class rank : Top 10% (They don't give stats like top 1% or 2%)
GPA: 5 out of 5 (Yes, perfect ones)
Subjects : Physics, chem, math, bio, english, foreign lang, social science and lab.
SAT : Going to take in JAN. Practice ones gives me 2000+, close to full in
math(Bates is a test optional college; so I submitted only my SAT II scores.)
SAT II : 2190 ;Math 2 770, Math 1 740, Physics 680 (yeah maybe low, I know)
Essays : Good, I believe.
Recommendations : strong ones</p>

<p>1)National Soccer league (Under 18) player, gold medal in the national championships while in school. Other sports include cycling,tennis and badminton (if that helps).</p>
<p>2) Community works : A lot. Like 15-20 hours a month. Different kinds of development activities, awareness and enrichment programs etc.</p>
<p>3) Reached the National stage of Physics and state stage of math Olympiad.</p>
<p>4) Science club (secretary of publication) and a member of student board. Honors include Lifetime membership and organizers award.</p>
<p>5) Official designer of souvenirs, banners, posters and other items. I've been appointed by my high school. And designing is my passion. I've completed an art course. [level B2]</p>
<p>6) Corporate dealer : Me and my team are responsible for getting sponsors and advertisements for different activities like cultural and science fairs.</p>
<p>7) Founder and President of TNS [ An event management firm that helps to organize events and support individuals ]</p>
<p>8) Tutor of a fourth and a fifth grader.</p>
<p>I can add but quantity doesn't matter, quality does. And these are the main ones.</p>
<p>I've thought about colby,bucknell,bowdoin,swarthmore, brandeis and others but all of them are highly selective. And I can't apply to all of them. I want matches and safeties. I repeat matches and safeties. And the ones that offer aid, a lot.</p>
<p>So please suggest me some institutions.</p>
