<p>Your SATs are well within range of the 25th and 75th percentile (2000+ Is always good to have as the minimum). SUNYs do NOT take SAT IIs into consideration at all so no worries there.</p>
<p>Few quality ECs may be harmful but how is your essay and your recommendations? A great essay can sometimes make up for lower grades. </p>
<p>Also, you being Black can work to your advantage with affirmative action. In fact, Binghamton’s teacher/counselor recommendadtion form eplicitly states they have a commitment to affirmative action on the bottom.</p>
<p>Overall, I’d say you have a good chance but write a good and enticing essay and your chances increase quite a bit.</p>
