2nd choice: Sociology</p>

Residency: Texas resident (im considered an in-state applicant) but currently living Toronto, Ontario due to my dads job
Diplomas: Ontario Highschool Diploma and IB Diploma</p>

<p>All IB classes (similar to AP but a little harder)
HL English
HL Bio
HL Geo
SL Phys
SL Spanish
SL Math
Theory of knowledge (philosophy)</p>

<p>ECs: Basketball, football, track, mentoring group, athletic comittee, social comittee and the best one is that i started the morning news club at my new school and currently co-host it</p>

<p>300+ community service hours, the most significant thing being a three week trip to india to teach english to students and orphans</p>

<p>Also would it be easier to get into sociology or geography????? My dream school is UT and Id like to be able to return to my hometown.</p>

<p>Bad chances for business. Maybe for sociology since its in Liberal Arts, but you better be in the top 10% of your class or near it when your school sends in that transcript.</p>
