<p>I would say your chances at Tufts are pretty good. However, UPenn would be more of a reach.</p>
<p>If you had ED’d Penn, your chances would have been a lot more, but regardless, you could get lucky with Penn.</p>
<p>Tufts would be somewhat a target, and I think you have a good shot at it!</p>
<p>so what should I have improved to get into UPenn?</p>

<p>You are not competing with 1% international students, You are competing with 99% other US students and also as Over represented minority(ORM), meaning you need to be much better to get in wherever you want to go. You have done your part very well. GOOD LUCK.</p>
