<p>I disagree with HobbitTon, NYU seems to be a good match for you. Unfortunately, your EC’s are extremely average of the normal applicant but your GPA is great and ACT score is pretty solid. However, Ivies are a completely different story. These would indeed be reaches for you. The test scores aren’t completely there and you just don’t stand out from the bunch. Georgetown, JHU and Cornell would be lower reaches than Penn and Princeton but still reaches. You never know though, you should still go for it!</p>

<p>Your GPA is good but course rigorous is lacking (so far). Your GPA is below average for the schools on the list. EC are also not impressive. Cornell and NYU may be low reach. All the other ones should be reach.</p>
