<p>Now my main problem is my freshmen year grades. I really messed up and am worried they will ruin my application. </p>

<p>Freshman grades typically aren’t as important as the sophomore and junior years since colleges know the first year is a period of adjustment. Presume your class rank will be much much higher if freshman year is excluded. In any case, it depends on what department you are applying to and whether you are applying ED.</p>
