Could you chance me as a biology major, a kinesiology major, and a business major?

Thank you to those that take the time to reply!

I think that you can definitely get into Cal Poly, as your stats seem above average, and you’re an out-of-state student, whom Cal Poly really wants. It will be harder to get in as a business major than a biology or kinesiology major.

As you can see, admission to Cal Poly got much more competitive this year. Based on the stats, it’ll be tougher for you to get into the College of Sciences and Mathematics than it would be to get into the Orfalea College of Business. S&M is more selective than Business.

Also, you’re SAT math and reading scores are below the average especially for your desired colleges. To be on the safe side you may want to improve your scores significantly. Every year Cal Poly’s average test scores increase a lot too, so you should keep that in mind.

After you’ve done this, I’m sure you’ll receive admission to Cal Poly.
