Chance Me?

Hey guise, I'm a senior now at a pretty good public school in Illinois. I'm really white and devoutly Catholic. Chance me on some of these schools?

GPA: 5.1 (Weighted)
School doesn't rank

ACT: 26
- Reading = 26
- English = 23
- Math = 29
- Science = 26
- Writing = 7
I know this ACT is kinda bad, but I'm hoping to get it up a bit.

AP Exam scores:
AP European History - 4
AP United States History - 5

Classes:
Freshman - Spanish 2 Honors, World History Honors, Earth Science, English 1, Geometry
Sophomore - Spanish 3 Honors, AP European History, Biology, English 2, Alg 2/Trig
Junior - Spanish 4, AP US History, Chemistry, English 3, Pre-Calc
Senior - Philosophy Honors, AP Microeconomics, AP Environmental Science, Rhetoric, AP Calc AB

Extracurriculars:
Boy Scouts (Tendurstfoot) - 9,10,11,12
Film Club - 9
Extreme Sports Club - 11
Track - 11
Citizen Club - 9
Young Progressives - 11

I'm applying to UIUC, Wisconsin-Madison, George Washington, American, Indiana, and THE Ohio State University. I'll be mad if I don't get into UIUC because then I'll be FORCED to go to Indiana, a lesser tier school. I want to study political science and philosophy to become a political scientist, and also practice law in my free time. Chance me for the sake.

You may need to bring up your ACT score for UIUC and WISC. Right now, it is below the 25%.

UIUC: High match
GWU: Reach (aim for 31+/2100+)
IU: Safety
UWI: High match
American: Low match/Match
OSU: Match

Do pol-sci or philosophy suck at UIC? Oh and look into Wake Forest or Brandeis, where you don’t need to submit ACT scores.

I need to hear opinions! BUMP
