Chance me?

Hi, I’m pretty interested in BU and was wondering about my chances for admission/honors/merit aid. I’m applying regular decision for econ

I’m a white female from a Kansas public school
2260 SAT 34 ACT, 35 Superscore (took it again today, may or may not improve)
36/360 Class Rank
3.77 UW/4.31 W GPA
Senior classes: AP Bio, AP Lit, AP Spanish Lit, AP Calc AB, AP Gov, art history, debate. I’ll probs get all As this semester
5s on AP Spanish, Lang, USH, Euro, and Macro. 4 in Micro (AP Scholar w/ Distinction)
National Merit Semifinalist
Magna Cum Laude on National Latin Examination

Some ECs:
-My main thing is policy debate and forensics. In debate I’ve gone to state every year (debate is huge in Kansas and very competitive). I got 2nd place last year. I have Special Distinction in the National Forensics League, I’ve got some local placings in public speaking in forensics and have won several local tournaments in debate.
-President of our school’s Spanish Honor Society
-Varsity Scholar’s Bowl member (it’s like Jeopardy), only girl from my school on the Varsity team
-some other non important stuff like part time job, some minor community service things, etc.

My common app essay was okay, about why running is important to my mental sanity
I haven’t done the writing supplement but it will probably be average
My rec is from my spanish teacher who has known me for three years and we’re close. She said she described me as the best Spanish student she’s had. My counselor rec is probably generic.

So what can I do to improve/what are my chances? I really appreciate feedback!

You’re fine. You have excellent SAT and your ACT score is near perfect. Your GPA is good as well. You’ll most likely get in.

4 years ago I applied to BU with a 3.8 and 2040 SAT score regular decision and got in.

Do you think I might get some merit aid?

Thats definitely possible.
