<p>Essays: Superb. They show who I am really well. (I want to be a Writing Sems major, after all. They better be amazing!)
Teacher Recs: one should be stunning, the other extremely good

<p>Extras: I'm sending in a few extra things: a writing portfolio, IB Diploma Candidate Resume, complete Activities List, and a writing project proposal (given to someone who works at the Hopkins center for ALS research... it's a big deal for me).</p>

Possible hooks: I know this doesn't truly count, but I do have an incredible history/backstory, as well as a twin brother who is visually impaired and has autism. My Common App essay centers around these two things. </p>

<p>Thanks guys! Also, my ACT super score is now a 33: 36 Reading, 35 English, 34 Science and 25 Math. Hopefully this will help my chances of admission.</p>

<p>congrats on 33 even with a 25 math. But I think if anything that would be what colleges would hesitate to admit you based on. </p>
