Chance me?

I've never done this before, but I'm an Asian female applying into a Physics program for all my schools.

I have a 3.146 unweighted GPA, with mostly B's.
I also have a 2200, with 760 in CR 750 in Math and 690 in Writing.
I have a 730 in Math Level 2.
I have a 33 on my ACT.
My essay is alright, nothing particularly special.
My AP's include: a 3 in Chemistry and enrollment in Physics and Calculus AB this year.
I have few extracurriculars, including a homeless youth council, FBLA, Model UN for a year, an internship at the Liberty Science Center but mostly I do activities outside of school like equestrianism.
My school doesn't rank.

Overall, my academic life is pretty weak except for my test scores.
I'm handing in my application for USC by December 1 for the merit scholarship consideration (I don't know if that ups my chances) and am considering doing NYU ED2.
I just want to know if I could get into USC, on an outside chance, and what my chances are for NYU, both regular decision and ED2.

Also, I’m not sure about my weighted GPA but I take all honor courses, it’s mandatory in my school. And my recommendations will be superb.

USC Dornsife: Reach (USC asks for similar things to UCLA)
NYU CAS ED2: High match

You can always try your hand at another less-selective college and then transfer into USC as long as you get a 3.7+ GPA… USC Dornsife is full of transfers.

Thanks. Does it make any difference that I took an interview for USC and it went really well and that my essay is about me moving from India at a young age and how that affected my life and family?
