I'm really into international stuff as you can see. I took AP French in my junior year and I took Japanese classes at a local community college. I also speak Serbian at home. I put my academic interests as French and Psychology. I'm also first generation college student if that helps. I think that my interview went well and showed interest by visiting and talking with a representative at my high school. Any input would be appreciated!! Thank you!!

What’s your senior course load?

Regardless of what your course load us, this is what I think:

You’re in the top 10% of your class that’s fantastic (I wish I was in the top 10%!)! Your only weaknesses are probably your test scores (SAT 1 Math) & your small number of leadership roles across your ECs. Other than that, I think you have as decent a chance as anyone else.

The “first generation college student” part will definitely help, but make sure to write a very passionate “why us?” supplement and a strong personal/interesting essay!

Good luck! (:

I think you have a great shot at Wellesley because you are very well-rounded and intellectually curious (evident in your interest in all things international). One questions, which APs have you taken?
