As for extracurricular activities, I did three clubs in Freshman year, was part of class council for Freshman and Sophomore years, and am now a Co-secretary for one of my clubs. I have only done about twenty hours of community service (some for the school and I am now working on going to nursing homes). I also plan on going in the French Honors Society. I also intend on majoring in some form of business (business management or international business, with possibly a minor in French)

I am going to be taking the SAT later this year and I got a 194 on the PSAT, but expect a 2000+ on the SAT. I also live in Central New Jersey. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Well academically you have nice grades but you may be lacking a little in terms of course rigor. You barely have any APs and you not that many college-level. However, if you test and get a 2200+/32+ you can be looking at some top-tier schools. Maybe not Ivy, but good none-the-less. Your ECs also seem to be lacking, so try to get an internship or a few leadership positions.

You’d be a good match for NCSU or Wake Forest.
