<p>when are you applying? that ACT score needs to improve itself if possible.</p>

<p>I’m thinking Wisconsin or Washington maybe, since you would pay out of state tuition. Maybe SLO, they do funny things sometimes. For the others, taking only 1 AP is going to be a hurdle. BU would rather see 5 or 6. USC is used to seeing 7-10. Could you take several your senior year and get your ACT up to 28-30? </p>

<p>Look at Baylor, TCU, Arizona schools, Oregon, Washington State, Gonzaga, Colorado schools, Alabama. There’s so much competition in California and so many really awesome out of state schools! that are happy to have Californians!</p>

<p>Try to remember UC’s only factor in 10-11 GPA so it’ll be different then a GPA to other schools. I also want to go to to GW. You have a lower GPA then me so it might be tougher for you. UC Santa Cruz looks to be your best shot.
