You definitely need to take the SAT again for those schools, try to get AT LEAST 2100. Your AP scores and GPA are great, especially since you want to major in math/stats. Average EC’s, but I think you have great chances at all of those schools except Stanford, which would be a reach for anyone.
Chance me back, please?

Stanford - Your SAT is too low.
Berkeley - Again, low SAT.
USC - Reach but not totally impossible
UCLA - Reach, SAT too low
UCSD - Match
Cal Poly - Match
UCSB - Match
UC Davis - Match
UC Irvine - Match

I think Stanford is a long shot for anyone and is very unlikely. I think improve your SAT if possible about 150 points for a good chance at USC and a plausible reach at Berkeley. But, you’ve clearly got great stats now and are a match for a bunch of your schools. Best of luck.
