Chance me for the following schools (all for engineering programs):
Virginia Tech
NC State University
Drexel University
Rutgers University - New Brunswick (Instate)
Carnegie Mellon University
Cornell University
Stevens Institute of Technology (Instate)
Lehigh Univeristy
Renesselear Polytechnic Institute
Johns Hopkins University

I hate to say it, but you really need to score higher on the SAT for CMU/Cornell/SIT/Lehigh/RPI/JHU. As it stands, you could use to add a safety or two. Also, you have very few ECs (with no listed leadership), and that will count against you at the better schools. I would recommend joining/forming some kind of club that relates to your intended major (or CS). Being a URM will help, but don’t count on it.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll chance back in a second

I’ll chance back btw

What other AP courses does your school offer? Also, since your GPA and SAT scores are fairly low though, I see Cornell, CMU, and Johns Hopkins reaches or high reachs. The big thing is getting your scores up because the SAT isn’t competitive enough and you should try to get SAT IIs at 750+ range.

Like a different user said, try increasing your score to at least a 2000+ for the top schools like Cornell, CMU and JHU, and around a 1950 for others like RPI, etc. Thanks for chancing me!
