<p>Having no ECs and being on somewhat low end of the academic end could hurt you. Are you willing to pay OOS tuition? Many of these are publics that aren’t likely to offer a huge amount of aid to OOS students anyway.</p>
<p>I’m fine with paying OOS tuition, I don’t care too much about the money if it means i’ll be going to a good school for computer engineering.</p>
