Chance me???

Hello!

I'm getting ready to apply for colleges now and I was wondering if you all could chance me for some of my choices! I come from an Asian background and I want to major in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.

SAT; 1st - 1960 2nd - 2140
SAT II; Chem - 690; Math Lvl 2 - 800; US History - 640

ACT - 30

GPA: UW - 3.73 W - 3.8ish (Might be higher)
-I had a bad start freshman year, but during my junior year I took 2 AP's and 3 honors courses and got mostly A's (with one A- and B/B+)

AP: Biology, Comp Sci, Chem(3), US History(3), Calculus, Physics 2, Comp Gov

As for EC's I did tennis and gymnastics for a year each. I also get involved with some school clubs and I have 120 hours of volunteering.

My top choices are:
MIT
Stanford
UCB
Caltech
UCLA
UPenn
Johns Hopkins U

Please give me your opinions!

SAT is a bit low for those colleges, retake it to get a better chance. MIT, Stanford, and Caltech are high reach.
UCB-if instate then low reach if OOS than reach
UCLA is high match instate, low reach oos
Penn is reach
JHU- is low reach
Bring up SAT/ACT, and do not send US History SAT II

I agree with above that only UCLA may be a high match if in state. Everything else are reach and some are rather high reach or out of reach particularly for engineering.
