Chance Me

I know that it's very early in the admissions season, but I would like to get an opinion on how qualified I am for these schools. I want to major in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

SAT I: n/a
SAT IIs: Chem - 800; math2 - 780(will retake this fall for 800)
ACT: comp-35, english-35, math-34, reading-36, science-35, writing-8
ACT superscore: comp-35, english-35, math-35, reading-36, science-35, writing-9
GPA: 4.0 UW(My school doesn't weight AP classes)
AP: US History-4; Chemisty-3(self-studied); English Lang-4
Although, I do plan to take 5 AP exams my senior year: Calc BC, US Gov-P, English Lit, and both Physics C's
EC's: Track and Field - since freshman year
NHS - Since sophomore year (66 total volunteer hours)
Cross Country - since senior year
Honors/Awards- 1st place 4x800 team at league meet
Voice of Democracy Certificate of Merit (Essay contest)

My top choices:
MIT
Caltech
Yale
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
Carnegie Mellon
Princeton

No comment on the chancing, but I don’t really think there is a need to retake the math II. There is a negligible difference between a 780 and a 800, that you have to ask yourself is it worth the time and effort for those mere twenty points.

I agree with @shawnspencer .There is no need to take Math II

MIT - Reach
Caltech - Reach
Yale - Reach
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor - Match
Carnegie Mellon - ~Low Reach
Princeton - Reach

MIT, Caltech, Yale and Princeton are reaches for everyone. Your GPA, AP scores and SAT scores make me think that of the schools you’ve listed, you’re probably best suited for either UMich or Carnegie Mellon. Both of which are great schools.

Michigan could be a safety. Since every other school are very prestigious. I give it a reach to high reach
