I am currently a senior living in San Diego and would like to know my chances of getting into the schools I am thinking of applying to. My Uncapped GPA is a 3.5 and a 3.2 unweighted (I slacked off freshman and the beginning of sophomore year). I have taken challenging courses throughout high school and from sophomore year to now I have taken four AP classes and am currently taking four AP classes. Of the four AP exams I have taken, I passed the AP U.S. History exam. My SAT score is a 1460 out of 2400 and my ACT composite score is a 22 (I am retaking both in October). I am involved in 8 clubs in my school, ran Track sophomore and junior year, will compete in Cross Country this year, and have 100+ community service hours. I have a part time job at a restaurant and continuously thrive for challenges. I am thinking on applying to UCD, UCI, UCSB, UCSC, UCR, UCM, SDSU, CAL POLY Pomona, CSU Monterey Bay, and San Francisco State as a Biology major. I have "guaranteed admission" to SDSU through the Compact Scholars Program but want to expand my options. So based on the schools i listed, which should I apply to and which other UC's/ CSU's should i consider applying to?

(bump)

Your SAT and ACT scores are way too low for any of these schools. Keep increasing your gpa and working hard on your ECs. If you get 1900 on your SAT or 30 on the ACT, you have a high chance of getting into UCM, UCR, and the state universities you’ve mentioned (not 100% sure). You have a few more months, so male sure you give it your all.
