Hi! I am a senior in high school. Up until junior year I had around a 3.0 GPA maybe a little higher but I bombed junior year because I was just so overloaded. My GPA dropped to a 2.3. I have a 26 on my ACT and can improve. I am a public forum debate state champion. What are my chances at..
-University of Alabama.
-UAB
-UAH
-University of South Alabama
-Auburn

P.S. I am a male and live in alabama.

Your ACT scores are good enough for all those schools. Obviously your GPA is the problem, but probably could only keep you out of Auburn or 'Bama. Then again both of them might take you.

I recommend that you apply to all of them that you like. Almost everybody should apply to at least five colleges anyway. You have a good list, but also might add a small private college to your list. Consider:
- Birmingham Southern College
- Samford University
- Spring Hill College
- Millsaps College (over in Mississippi)
- Mercer University (in Georgia)

Often these smaller schools are more interested in your whole person rather than just grades and scores. Also, sometimes they offer far better financial aid. Frequently it is cheaper to attend a private college than a public university. I recommend applying to at least one private college.

Other small private colleges to consider include Wofford College in South Carolina, and Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. Personally, I am a huge fan of Wofford.

If you are open to going north for college, you might look into Hiram College near Cleveland, Ohio. It has a reputation for being very helpful to students who were not as successful as they could have been in high school.
