Chance me?

I'm a rising senior from Wisconsin. White male from about 60k family income. Gpa is 3.89 unweighted. 4.02 weighted. Currently #2 in my class of 65, but I may fall to #3. (Valedictorian has a solid chance at HYP) I don't have AP classes other than Calculus and European History. I go to a small Lutheran school so those are all I can do. I have as rigorous a schedule as I can.It's not 100% the most difficult possible but that's due to scheduling conflicts. I scored a 35 on my ACT.

I've played varsity football since my sophomore year, and am a captain this year. I was on our FIRST robotics team last year, and will continue to do that. I'm in NHS and am president of my schools chapter. I've been involved in student council years and am the student body treasurer. I was selected to participate in Badger Boys State.(American Legion leadership program. Don't know how much weight this carries) I also work 20 hours a week during school if that matters.Full time in the summer.

What are my chances at Washington? I plan on majoring in engineering or computer science. UW Madison, UM Twin Cities, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, and Rice are my other top schools.

You will be a very competitive applicant at all those schools. UW and UM should accept you without question ( unless they think you are using them as safeties, which I guess you are.)
Good luck!

Match

@ramramram it’s not a match.

@vodslak it’s a match

@RamRamRam‌
Please. So by mere virtue of having a 75th percentile score, decent gpa, and 5 routine extracurriculars, it’s a match? Give me a break. Do “holistic admissions” mean anything? Conditions may vary, but a school with a 15% rate and holistic admissions is never a match unless you’re out of this world. With all due respect, look up the criterias for reach,match,safety again. Sorry OP if any of my comments are hurtful but you must understand that 90% of the applicant are qualified for admissions to these schools.

I know that I’m not so exceptional that I can count on admission.

@vodslakHonestly vodslak, I only said “it’s a match” to mess with you…
